Syntax

[indInternal]=getInnerVoxel(L,searchRadius,plotOn);

Description

Obtains a voxel index for a voxel that is part of the interior of the labelled image L. searchRadius defines the approximate distance to the boundary. plotOn visualizes the label image and interior point.
